After each project we survey clients and candidates and ask them to give feedback and rate our service.

If we provide you with any kind of service: outplacement, talent mapping or recruitment, we will send you the NPS survey in 2 weeks after the service was completed.

If you find an employee by yourself, but you have started to work with us, we will send you the NPS survey in 8 weeks after the discussions about a position.

If we help you to find a job, we will send you the NPS survey in 2 weeks after the first day at new job.

If employment didn’t happen, we will send you the NPS survey in 6 weeks after an interview with a client.

Try to be always in touch

Respond to the initial inquiry of clients during 24 hours. Contact clients minimum once a week to give recommendations about search process, labour market and candidates.

Give feedback

Give feedback to candidates during 3 days after an interview with Get experts, and in 1-2 days after an interview with potential employer.

Check candidates

Always check quality and validity of the information from a resume.

Prepare our candidates to interviews

Always prepare candidates to an interview in a company: give them detailed overview of a company, a position and process.

Send clients resume in a short time

We send clients first resumes in 3-5 days after discussions about a position (timing depends on a position). The only exception is when we work on complex projects. In these cases, we discuss timing with a client.

Write expert comments on candidates

Always write comments on each sent resume. If a client asks not to do this, we provide oral feedback.

Collect recommendations on finalists

Always check recommendations on finalists.

Stay in touch

We communicate with clients and candidates during the whole trial period.
