Consent to Personal Data Processing for a Callback Request
Pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. ZRU-547 of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” dated 2 July 2019, I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by Foreign Enterprise Limited Liability Company “Get Experts Recruitment” (the “Operator”), registered at 12A Turkestan Street, Mirabad District, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan (Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN): 310007546), on the following terms:
1. The Operator shall process my personal data for the purpose of developing the Operator’s brand, namely by enabling me to submit a request for a callback from the Operator, including to discuss a project or potential cooperation.
2. For this purpose, the Operator may process the personal data I provide in the personal data collection form on the website https://getexperts.uz/ (the “Website”), namely: my name, telephone number, email address, category (job seeker / employer), and information entered in the “Your Question” field.
3. I confirm that the Operator may contact me using the contact details I provide in the personal data collection form on the Website.
4. The Operator may perform the following operations involving my personal data: collection, systematization, storage, modification, supplementation, use, provision, transfer, and destruction.
5. The Operator may process my personal data both by automated means and without the use of automated means.
6. I have been informed and agree that my personal data may be transferred (provided) to the Russian Federation for the purpose specified in Clause 1 above.
7. For the purpose specified in Clause 1 above, the Operator may entrust the processing of my personal data to Limited Liability Company “Get Experts Recruitment”, registered at 52 Kosmodamianskaya Embankment, Building 3, Zamoskvorechye Municipal District, Moscow, 115054, Russian Federation (TIN: 7704720488; Primary State Registration Number (OGRN): 1097746044945), with the right to further entrust the processing of my personal data to the following persons:

8. This consent shall remain valid for 10 (ten) years from the date it is given, unless withdrawn earlier.
9. I have been informed of my right to obtain information concerning the processing of my personal data in accordance with Law No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” dated 2 July 2019. I have also been informed that I may submit any request relating to my personal data (including withdrawal of consent) in accordance with that Law to the Operator at 12A Turkestan Street, Mirabad District, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan (TIN: 310007546), and/or by email to office@getexperts.uz.
