Consent to the Processing of Personal Data via the Feedback Form
In accordance with Article 18 of Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” dated 2 July 2019, I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by Foreign Enterprise Limited Liability Company “Get Experts Recruitment” (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), registered at 12A Turkestan Street, Mirabad District, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan (Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN): 310007546), subject to the following conditions:
1. The Operator processes my personal data for the purpose of developing the Operator’s brand, specifically by collecting feedback on interactions with the Operator.
2. For the purpose specified above, the Operator may process the personal data I provide in the personal data collection form on the website https://getexperts.uz/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), namely: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, category, type of enquiry, and comment.
3. The Operator may carry out the following operations involving my personal data: collection, systematization, storage, modification, supplementation, use, disclosure, transfer, and destruction.
4. The Operator may process my personal data using automated means or without the use of automated means.
5. I acknowledge and consent to the transfer (disclosure) of my personal data to the Russian Federation for the purpose specified in Clause 1 above.
6. The Operator may entrust the processing of my personal data for the purpose specified in Clause 1 above to Limited Liability Company “Get Experts Recruitment” (ООО «Гет Экспертс Рекрутмент»), registered at 52 Kosmodamianskaya Embankment, Building 3, Zamoskvorechye Municipal District, Moscow, 115054, Russian Federation (TIN: 7704720488; Primary State Registration Number (OGRN): 1097746044945), with the right to further entrust the processing of my personal data to the following parties:

7. This consent shall remain valid for 10 (ten) years from the date it is given, unless withdrawn earlier.
8. I have been informed of my right to obtain information concerning the processing of my personal data in accordance with Law No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” dated 2 July 2019. I understand that I may submit any request concerning my personal data (including withdrawal of consent) in accordance with Law No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” dated 2 July 2019 to the Operator at 12A Turkestan Street, Mirabad District, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan (TIN: 310007546) and/or by email at office@getexperts.uz.
